The decor and staffing was excellent. But, the room, although clean and well decorated was not big. It was also low in the building, so the "city view" became a view of the side of the adjacent building. So, as this was quite expensive I did not consider the stay value for money.

One of the best hotels I have ever been. Everyone is very helpful, the breakfast has a great buffet containing everything and the room is what you see in the pictures. The view of the town is amazing. We chose that hotel for our Test&Go program and we were 100% satisfied. The location of the hotel is perfect very close to malls and near the centre of the city.

We came to eat once at Nami, Tommy and the restaurant manager were very nice with excellent service, because of this first impression we decided to book also a room for our next stay in Bangkok. We were welcomed by Game, at the reception, which, finally, give us a tour of the room, spoke English Infront of my Thai wife which I found very polite. Not everyone understands the importance to speak the same language in a group of people. Also very good personalized service. As we visit bkk, and try different hotels, this people are doing our stay a wonderful experience and surly we will be back again. Thanks also people at the Manatthan bar and friendly HK See you soon

The customer service. The staff was very friendly and helpful always greeting us and making us feel welcome. They also answered any questions we had. Also, the location was fantastic. It is a 3 min walk from Nana Plaza if you like nightlife and restaurants/bars and shops and massages. It is also near the Nana BTS Skytrain Station.

The hotel’s location is very convenient. The hotel is located on a shopping street next to nana street, and the Bumrungrad hospital is a 10 minute walking distance from the hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was definitely one of the best I ever had.

Great hotel in a perfect location within easy walk of two different BTS monorail stations and the local nightlife. Our family of 5 (children 19,16,13) had two adjoining King rooms with large modern bathrooms. Swimming pool was also much appreciated and was never too busy. Overall excellent service and the hotel treated us especially well as it was our 20th wedding anniversary. However the real star (unlike some other hotels) was the expansive buffet breakfast which had every type of Western/Asian dish available. This alone is worth the extra money to stay here.
